I'm Andrea Michelle, MA, BSc (Hons.), a forty-something year old, holistic wellness consultant with twenty-five years of experience, specialising in stress management, massage, weight loss, nutrition, personal training, life coaching, and sports injury rehabilitation.

FitterDays was created to educate and empower. It's your platform for all the support and information you need to enjoy fitter days and wellness in every aspect of your life.

By the way, 'fit' doesn't mean having super huge biceps or fitting into that size 8 bikini you've been eyeing up...
