When your sense of wellbeing is low, life can feel more difficult and overwhelming. Left unchecked, that sense of overwhelm can build into what we recognise as stress.
For many, talking things through helps ease overwhelm, reduce stress and bring clarity.
Chat & Change gives you the chance to speak openly, with no pressure, no judgement and no need to rehearse or explain. It's your voice, your confidential space and your time to talk about whatever's on your mind.
How We Can Help

Loneliness
Nearly half of UK adults experience loneliness at times. Even when life looks full, it can still feel empty, quietly affecting your mood, energy and sense of connection.

Physical Pain
We’re not medically trained, but we understand pain affects the whole person. It can be exhausting and hard to explain. We listen, support and signpost, so you’re not facing it alone.

Anger/Frustration
These emotions are natural and even necessary in moderation. However, when they linger, they can signal high stress levels. Talking things through can release pressure and bring clarity to what lies beneath.

Anxiety
A little worry is natural, but when it’s constant, it can be a sign of stress. Talking can help uncover the root cause, build resilience and give you the confidence to recognise and manage future challenges.
