Chat & Change gives you the chance to speak openly, with no pressure, no judgement and no need to rehearse or explain. It's your voice, your confidential space and your time to talk about whatever's on your mind.

Chat & Change isn't therapy and we don't pretend to have all the answers. 

We offer a safe, confidential space to talk things through, in your way, at your pace.

In line with our RISE philosophy, we won't tell you what to do; we listen without judgement, support you as you make sense of things and, where appropriate, may also signpost you to trusted external organisations for further support. 

Our aim is to help you feel heard, gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

How Else We Can Help 
Sometimes a one-off conversation over a cuppa just isn’t enough
Stress Reset is a six-week, personalised pathway designed to gently explore what’s beneath the surface. Online clients can include relaxation sessions, while face-to-face clients may opt for Massages, which is also available as a standalone treatment.

How to Book 
1. Start Your Booking
Complete the
service request form to request your session. Once received, we’ll contact you to agree availability and send our BACS payment details.

2. Appointment Times
Sessions are offered at flexible times during weekdays, including early mornings on selected days, lunchtime and early evenings.
All appointments are subject to availability and can take place via Microsoft Teams, telephone, or in person at our St Albans studio (AL1). 

3. Payment and Confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed by email once full payment has been received.
