MYM is not a diet plan. It is a personalised analysis of your current eating habits, lifestyle and routines, showing how they influence your weight-loss goals. You don’t have to buy different food, give up your favourite treats or use supplements. 

With two service options available, MYM highlights the patterns that may be holding you back, so you can make informed, realistic choices that work for you.

 

How It Works

You record everything you eat and drink over seven consecutive days, following your normal habits. There’s no need to change what you eat or make a special effort.

We analyse your food diary alongside your lifestyle to identify patterns and behaviours, then provide clear feedback, with the level of detail and guidance depending on the option you choose.

How to Book
1. Register your interest 
Select Manage Your Munch on the
service request form. We’ll contact you to discuss your options, answer any questions and provide payment details.

2. Payment and confirmation
After payment is made by BACS, we’ll confirm receipt and email your MYM information pack and food diary.

3. Complete your food diary
Record everything you eat and drink over seven consecutive days.  Please do not change your diet or habits — honest, accurate information leads to more effective feedback.

4. Personalised analysis and feedback
Your data is analysed and your personalised report, containing clear, practical guidance on how to achieve your weight-loss goals, will be emailed within 48 hours.
