Terms and Conditions
Personal Wellness
FitterDays provides wellbeing services that support relaxation, clarity and long-term wellness. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions below:
1. Bookings & Payments

All private services are subject to availability

Appointments are allocated on a first come, first served basis

For massage services, a completed health consultation form is required prior to treatment

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received via BACS
2a. Client Cancellations
-
More than 5 days’ notice: 100% refund
-
3–5 days’ notice: 50% refund
-
Less than 3 days’ notice: no refund (full session fee applies)
-
No-shows: no refund (full session fee applies)
2b. FitterDays Cancellations
If FitterDays needs to cancel an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost
3. Refund Method
All applicable refunds will be issued via BACS
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to the same notice periods and refund terms as cancellations
5. Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time

The full session fee applies
6. Behaviour and Boundaries
FitterDays operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate, disrespectful or unprofessional behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to: sexual or suggestive behaviour, intoxication, and the withholding or falsification of health information that may affect the safety of the client or therapist.
Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will apply. The client will be permanently barred from all future FitterDays services, and legal action may be taken where appropriate
7. Health, Safety & Suitability

FitterDays reserves the right to request clarification of any health or safety information provided

FitterDays reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a session where, in its professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information
-
FitterDays cannot be held responsible for any injury, adverse reaction or issue arising from incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information
8. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device and a stable internet connection
-
If technical issues prevent a client from attending an online session, the session will be treated as a missed appointment and the full session fee applies
-
Clients are responsible for choosing a quiet, private space where they will not be disturbed, to protect privacy and confidentiality
9. Therapist Rights

FitterDays reserves the right to refuse, decline or discontinue a session where safety is a concern
-
A session may be refused or terminated where a client’s behaviour breaches the Behaviour, Boundaries & Safety policy

FitterDays may decline a service where required health, safety or personal information is not provided, is falsified or is withheld
-
FitterDays may also decline a service where illness, symptoms or circumstances may affect the safety of the client or therapist
-
In exceptional circumstances, FitterDays may cancel or reschedule appointments. Notice will be given where reasonably possible

FitterDays reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information, including health consultation forms, is treated as strictly confidential
-
Client information will only be shared where required by law, where there is a safeguarding concern, or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others

In accordance with the “UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), client data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory and insurance requirements. In most cases, this will be up to 7 years following the date of the final treatment

After this period, all records will be securely deleted
11. Liability & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date health and personal information
-
FitterDays is not responsible for any injury, adverse reaction or issue arising from undisclosed, withheld, inaccurate or misleading information
-
FitterDays is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical issues affecting online sessions
-
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
12. Scope of Practice

FitterDays services support physical and emotional wellbeing
-
FitterDays services are not a substitute for medical treatment, counselling or psychological therapy
-
FitterDays does not diagnose conditions or provide medical or clinical advice
-
Clients should seek appropriate medical or professional guidance if they have any concerns about their health or wellbeing
Agreement
By booking an appointment with FitterDays, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Full details are provided during the booking process.
Workplace Wellness
FitterDays provides workplace wellbeing services designed to support employee wellbeing, reduce stress and improve overall workplace performance.
By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions below
1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance
-
All bookings remain provisional until full payment has been received
-
An invoice will be issued, and full payment is required at least 14 days before the scheduled wellness day
-
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will not be confirmed and the date may be released
2. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Employer

More than 14 days’ notice: 100% refund
-
14 days or less: no refund (full fee applies)
-
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the same notice periods as cancellations
By FitterDays
If FitterDays needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Health, Safety & Suitability

For insurance, health and safety reasons, all participants must complete and submit a health consultation form at least 5 working days before the scheduled wellness day

Sessions cannot proceed without a completed consultation form
-
Where clarification is required, a brief consultation call may be arranged
-
FitterDays reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session where, in its professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed
4. Workplace Requirements
The organisation is responsible for providing a suitable space for delivery of the service, ensuring participants attend at their allocated times, and supporting the smooth running of the wellness day. FitterDays reserves the right to modify or discontinue delivery where the environment is not appropriate or may impact safety, privacy or service quality

Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session. FitterDays operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate, disrespectful or unprofessional behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual or suggestive behaviour, intoxication, and the withholding or falsification of health information that may affect the safety of the participant or therapist. Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the session. The individual will be permanently barred from all future FitterDays services and legal action may be taken where appropriate.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

FitterDays is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including workplace conditions, scheduling disruptions or third-party interruptions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
