Stress Reset is a structured support programme designed to help you release pressure, realign your habits, and regain control, so you can rebuild calm from the inside out. Whether your challenges take the form of emotional overwhelm, lifestyle imbalance, or difficulties managing eating patterns or weight changes, this isn’t about coping — it’s about realignment, growth, and lasting change.

What It Is

A six week personalised programme combining structured conversation, stress-relief techniques, and guided accountability. Each session builds on the last, helping you explore challenges, set meaningful goals, and take steady steps toward lasting change.

How It Helps

You’ll identify key issues, uncover your own solutions, and build the confidence to act on them. Over time, you’ll strengthen resilience, problem-solving, and accountability, giving you the tools to recognise and manage stress triggers with less reliance on others

How It Works

Sessions can be attended online or in person. Each one combines conversation, relaxation, and accountability to help you move forward.

Stress Reset– How to book this service

1. Submit your booking request

Complete the Registration form to request the Stress Reset programme.

2. Initial discussion & suitability

Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to arrange an initial consultation. This enables us to discuss the programme, answer any questions, and confirm whether Stress Reset is appropriate for you.
We’ll also send our BACS payment details at this stage.

3. Programme structure & availability

During the consultation, we’ll agree the programme structure and session schedule together, subject to availability.

4. Payment and confirmation

Your programme is confirmed by email once full payment has been received.
