Stress Reset Program £420
A six-week personalised programme built around structured, client-led sessions.
You’ll identify key issues, set meaningful goals and take consistent action, supported by accountability and optional stress-relief techniques.
Standard Programme: 6 x 60 mins structured session
Relaxation Programme: 4 x 60 mins structured session + 2 x 30 mins relaxation sessions
Massage Programme: 5 x 60 mins structured session + 1 x 60 min massage session
Massage sessions take place in our St Albans studio, London Road, AL1
