Workplace Wellness Days
Wellbeing support that works where your people work
Workplace pressures don’t pause, and neither does the strain on your employees. Many push through tension, discomfort and mental overload because there’s no time or easy way to address it during the working day.
Our Workplace Wellness Days change that completely.
This practical, preventative solution is designed to support your workforce in real time, helping to reduce absenteeism, improve morale and strengthen productivity across your organisation.
How We Can Help
Workplace Wellness Days create space within the working day for your team to pause, reset and refocus through dedicated onsite wellbeing support.
Advantages of this approach include:

Convenience
A dedicated onsite space makes it easy for staff to access support during the working day, removing the need for travel and saving valuable time.

Minimal Disruption
Sessions are scheduled around your team’s schedule, allowing meetings and essential tasks to continue without interruption.

What They Are
Workplace Wellness Days currently consist of onsite chair massage sessions designed to support your team’s physical and mental wellbeing.
Delivered as short, focused treatments, they provide effective support within a professional setting.
How They Help Employees
Long periods of concentration can affect posture, mood and energy levels, leading to stress, physical tension and mental fatigue. Onsite chair massage quickly eases tension and restores focus, helping employees feel calmer, more energised and ready to re-engage with their day.
How They Help Employers
Supporting staff wellbeing can lift morale, reduce stress-related absence and help teams stay engaged. It also helps create a more positive workplace culture and strengthens your reputation as an employer that values its people.
How They Work
Health questionnaires are distributed, collected and reviewed in advance, with any relevant conditions discussed directly with staff where necessary. On the day, we arrive 30 minutes before the first session to prepare the room. Staff attend their designated time slot.
How to Book

Complete the service request form with your preferred date, location and a few brief details about your enquiry.
2. . Initial Discussion
To keep arrangements simple and organised, we require one designated single point of contact (SPOC) to manage communication and logistics on behalf of your organisation.
We’ll contact your SPOC to discuss your requirements, confirm availability and answer any questions.
3. Pre-Session Preparation
Once your date is agreed, health questionnaires and scheduling information will be provided to your SPOC.
