How to Book 
1. Start Your Booking
Complete the
service request form with your preferred treatment, session length, and availability. We’ll be in touch to confirm details and arrange payment.

2. Appointment Times
Private appointments are available evenings (5–9pm) and weekends.
Weekday daytime slots are reserved for corporate bookings.

3. Health Consultation
A short consultation form must be completed before your session for safety and insurance purposes

4. Health review (if applicable)
We will contact you to discuss any health conditions which may be relevant before your scheduled appointment

5. Payment and Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. You’ll receive confirmation by email.
