Deep Tissue Massage

 All the benefits of Swedish massage with the added dimension of 100% natural essential oils. Blends are chosen to relax, uplift or energise, helping restore emotional balance while nourishing the skin and soothing both body and mind.

Firm, targeted techniques release stubborn knots, reduce muscular pain and improve flexibility. Stimulating circulation and lymphatic drainage helps flush out toxins and leaves you feeling light, pain-free and able to move freely again.

Massage – How to book this service

1. Submit your booking request

Complete the registration form to tell us which massage you would like, your preferred session duration and location. Once received, we’ll contact you to agree availability and send our BACS payment details.

2. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability.
Private client appointments are available 5pm–9pm on weekdays and at weekends.
Weekday daytime availability is reserved for corporate bookings.

3. Complete the health consultation form

For insurance and safety reasons, this must be completed in full before any massage can take place.

4. Health review (if required)

If you’ve reported any relevant health conditions, we may contact you by phone to discuss these before proceeding.

5. Payment and confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed by email once full payment has been received.
Please note: treatments cannot take place unless payment has been received in full.
